Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. Also, please make sure to arrive to your appointment on time. We have a 9 minute grace period, after the 9 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a no-show fee.
